The Winners of the Bill Cunningham New York Street Style Competition

The Chitown Fashionista and I had so many stylish guests at our Bill Cunningham New York Cocktail Reception at Tula Boutique this past Friday that it was incredibly difficult to decide who the ultimate winners were.
