I met designer Jennifer Chun when she was in town for an appearance at the cool Bucktown boutique P45
A Midwest girl, (just like myself) Jennifer originally hales from Troy, Ohio. She was charming, incredibly down to earth and fun to chat with and take pictures of.
I love Jennifer's orange socks with these lace up Burberry boots. Lucky girl with her skinny legs and all. I would never be able to pull of this look.
Also check out the Q&A Mark Shale did with her while she was in town.
You can find Jennifer Chun clothing at both P45 and Mark Shale stores in Chicago.
This is a very cool look. Love her shirt dress and how cool are those Burberry boots?!
ReplyDeleteAgreed, so want this dress!
DeleteYes! I love this look and her style. So cool! I want so many things from her latest collection.
DeleteI'm going to stop by P45 this weekend. I love it!!
ReplyDeleteLove the style. Do you know where else I can find pictures of her designs?
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice edgy ensemble! I love the details on that shirtdress, and love love love the orange socks! Wish her collection was available in NYC. Thanks for the 411 on this cool designer!
ReplyDeleteLove the dress. I'm checking out the collection!
ReplyDeleteI stopped in for the Jennifer Chun trunk show since I had been following her for quite some time. I have a trench of hers that is one of my favorites. Everything is so beautifully made, edgy but so wearable. I got a sheer black and magenta striped top that I can dress up for night or wear with jeans. I'm definitely getting her black and white ink blot dress. She's an amazing designer!
ReplyDeleteI absolutely LOVE this beautiful and versatile collection that can easily transition from day to evening looks with simple accessories!
ReplyDeleteI love Jennifer Chun's spring 2012 collection that I bought the lace shirt, silk long sleeve cream shirt, and the black ink blot dress! I also have been following her since she started her own line. Her pieces are so wearable and are conversation pieces. I got the chance to stop by p.45 for her trunk show and see her look book for fall 2012 and I can't wait!
