My relationship with Neiman Marcus is a complex one, full of longing, desire and ultimately a depleted checking account. Which is why I was thrilled when they asked me to do a little street style piece on their new Luxury Essentials line in exchange for a few pieces from the collection. I never realized there was a younger crowd working at Neimans. Whenever I'm in there I always see/get no interaction from the older employees not even a smile..which is always the vibe I got from there, a bit cold and unwelcoming. Great to see that there's a handful of smiling faces in there!
